Reserve online @ www.bushtecadventure.com or call us at 1-770-884-2460 to reserve your luxury canvas camping tents, outfitter tents and equipment. We will ship your gear (or you can pick it up at our Roswell, GA camping headquarters) so it arrives at your home or destination the day before you leave on your trip. You enjoy a great trip and when you return home, be sure the gear is clean and dry, re-pack it in the box it came in, adhere the return shipping label that we included, and drop the box back into UPS. Or simply deliver it back to our headquarters. Seriously, it’s that easy. You never need to stop anywhere and pick up gear or drop it off by a certain time. Just drop it at a UPS location the day after you return and you are all set. You can pay for your rental on our website or over the phone.

How long will it take to get your gear?

Well, that depends. It takes about 2 days to most of the East, Georgia and surrounding states and up to a max 5 days to the west. 2-3 days to get tents and gear to the metro New York City. If you are in or near Atlanta, Georgia or you are coming into the northern Atlanta area, we can help arrange pick up and drop off for you.

 

Rental Policies

Bushtec Adventure rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions. We keep things straightforward and easy for you. We will reserve an amount that equals the quoted retail selling prices of the

rental gear but you will obviously only be charged for your rental days. Your rental is also subject to all other terms and conditions.

 

Start Date

Your start date is the day you need your equipment. We will ship your gear so it arrives the day before your start date. Please note that we cannot accept Saturday or Sunday start dates.

Since you can also pick your equipment up from us directly, you can have some control over your start date. We schedule pickups by appointment so shoot us an email or give us a call. And yes, if you are wondering, you may be able to pick up your gear the afternoon before your start date.

Return Date

This is the day you must either drop your gear off with us or drop it back into UPS. You can drop you gear into UPS at any UPS store or possibly even at your place of business.

Cleanliness is beautiful

Don’t forget, all gear must be returned clean and dry. If you don’t return gear clean and dry, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee in the amount of one day’s rental charge.

Calculating Length of Rental

The days you will be charged for is based on the number of nights from your start date to the date you return your gear to UPS or to our headquarters. The start or return date cannot fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

If returns are late or you wish to keep your gear

If you decide to extend your trip…don’t stress. We will simply charge you for the extra days up until return date. Note that once we reach the retail item price, we will not continue to charge and the gear is yours. Damaged Gear

The Bushtec Adventure team has done a lot of camping and we know all about normal wear that comes with usage. However, we also know the quality of our product which lasts for years and years. With that in mind, rips and tears, stains and missing parts, and dents etc will be charged against your deposit. We will never charge you more than our cost to repair something or replace a part.

Lost or Stolen Gear

Unfortunately, if we don’t get something back, we will need to charge you.

Reserving Gear

Please reserve your gear as far in advance as possible. We can run short of some items during busy times. Also please allow for the delivery lead times depending on where about you are.

Cancellation Policy

Up until the date of delivery or pick up, there will be no charge for cancelation. Once we ship or reach the pick up date, you will be charged a one night minimum charge plus any shipping costs incurred.
